On April 17th, the comprehensive launch of the key industrial projects in Shuangyashan City in 2025 in Heilongjiang Province and the commencement ceremony of the Demonstration Base Project of the Full Vanadium Redox Flow Battery Energy Storage Full Industry Chain were held at the construction site of the Demonstration Base Project of the Full Vanadium Redox Flow Battery Energy Storage Full Industry Chain in the Shuangyashan Economic Development Zone, Heilongjiang Province. A total of 58 key industrial projects at the provincial, municipal, and county levels in the city started construction this time, with a total investment of 18.2 billion yuan.

It is reported that on July 13th, 2024, Rongke Power and Heilongjiang Jianlong Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. held a signing meeting for the vanadium redox flow electrolyte project at the Yingbin Hotel in Shuangyashan City. After friendly consultations between the two companies at the meeting, an agreement was finally reached. They jointly invested in establishing Heilongjiang Rongxiang Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. to assist in the development of the “full vanadium redox flow battery electrolyte” industry in Shuangyashan, and signed a cooperation agreement for the vanadium redox flow electrolyte project.
Previously, the People’s Government of Shuangyashan City, Heilongjiang Jianlong Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., and Dalian Rongke Energy Storage Group Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation framework agreement for the full vanadium redox flow battery energy storage full industry chain in August 2023, planning to construct a vanadium redox flow battery manufacturing project with a total investment of 3.5 billion yuan.
