From April 24 to 26, the 2025 China·Binzhou (Chengdu) New Kinetic Energy Industrial Innovation and Cross-Regional Cooperation Symposium was successfully held in Chengdu.
During the project signing ceremony, China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Green Industry Investment Co., Ltd. and the Shandong Lubei High-Tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee formally inked an investment agreement for the “Shandong Wudi 300MW/4000MWh Innovative Compressed Carbon Dioxide Molten Salt Energy Storage Green Steam Demonstration Project” led by Haifeng Group.
As a critical component of industrial transformation for Shandong Wudi Haifeng (Group) Co., Ltd., the project involves a total investment of 2.8 billion yuan. Upon completion, it will deliver 300 MW of installed capacity and 4,000 MWh of energy storage, producing approximately 1.5 million tons of clean green steam annually. The initiative will further optimize Wudi County’s energy structure, providing foundational support and leadership for green, low-carbon development in the Lubei region.
