Bairang New Energy and Zeo Energy Sign Memorandum of Understanding

On August 4th, the Zeo Energy team visited Bairang New Energy’s Shenzhen headquarters, held business negotiations with the company’s senior management, and signed a memorandum of understanding. The two parties will leverage their respective strengths to carry out comprehensive cooperation in areas such as market expansion, project implementation, technical services, and investment and financing, joining hands to accelerate the application and development of long-duration energy storage technologies in the North American market. At the event, Zheng Hongtao, General Manager of Bairang New Energy, and Tim Bridgewater, CEO of Zeo Energy, signed the memorandum of understanding on behalf of both parties.

As an innovative enterprise in the energy technology sector, Bairang New Energy holds over 70 invention patents with global originality and breakthroughs in the field of new-type carbon dioxide energy storage, along with 180 proprietary processes and material formulas. It has established a complete technical system covering everything from scheme design to engineering practice. Currently, Bairang New Energy is the only domestic company in China that has realized the market-oriented operation of carbon dioxide energy storage systems.

Zeo Energy is a NASDAQ-listed company headquartered in the United States, focusing on the renewable energy sector. Its business encompasses the design, sales, engineering, operation, and maintenance of renewable energy projects. Committed to promoting clean energy solutions, it provides technical support and services for renewable energy projects including solar and wind energy to meet the energy needs of the North American market.

It is hoped that through this cooperation, Bairang New Energy’s advanced carbon dioxide energy storage technologies and energy solutions will be introduced into the North American energy storage sector, accelerating the development and application of energy storage solutions in North America, enhancing the competitive advantages of both parties, and contributing to global energy transition and sustainable development.
