Under the conditions of room temperature (25\u2103) and a sulfuric acid electrolyte system (vanadium molar concentration: 1.65-1.75 mol\/L), it has successfully developed a research-grade battery cell with an operating current density exceeding 500 mA\/cm\u00b2. The cell features an active area of 50 cm\u00b2 and an energy efficiency of \u226580%. An ultra-efficient catalytic electrode using self-developed carbon cloth significantly enhances electrochemical reaction efficiency; an ion exchange membrane with both excellent proton conductivity and long-term operational stability ensures the battery&#8217;s high efficiency and durability; innovative stack structure design, application of flow channel bipolar plates, and precise compression ratio control technology realize the uniform distribution of reactants and current, effectively improving overall performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This achievement is not only an important tool for cutting-edge research on flow batteries but also forward-lookingly incorporated industrialization needs at the initial design stage. The technical route simultaneously considers the feasibility of scale-up experiments and the potential for engineering implementation, laying an industrialization foundation for the development of next-generation high-power density stacks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a &#8220;National High-Tech Enterprise&#8221;, Huantai Energy Storage continues to accelerate key material technology research and the iterative upgrading of stacks and systems through in-depth integration of industry, academia, and research.
