Its performance directly determines a plant\u2019s power generation efficiency, operational performance, and economic returns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>More than a decade has passed since the launch of China\u2019s first batch of CSP demonstration projects. (a subsidiary of Dongfang Electric Corporation)<\/strong><br>Dongfang Boiler has secured 5 projects totaling 460 MW (10.6%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Operational: 2 projects, 160 MW<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under construction\/development: 3 projects, 300 MW<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Royal Tech CSP Limited<\/strong><br>A leading domestic player in parabolic trough solar field systems, Royal Tech CSP Limited has supplied solar field systems for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>CNNC Longteng Urad Front Banner 100 MW trough CSP project (Inner Mongolia)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zabuye Integrated Energy Project (40 MW trough CSP, Tibet)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>It is also supplying the solar field system for the CGN Dangxiong Wumatang 50 MW CSP + PV hybrid project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Total installed capacity served: 190 MW.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Other Active Market Participants<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the five leading companies, several other important players are actively participating in the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tower CSP Systems<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Shanghai Boiler Works Co., Ltd.<\/strong><br>Its solar field integration capability originates from Shanghai Electric BrightSource Solar Energy Co., Ltd., a joint venture with BrightSource Energy, inheriting core technologies such as wireless heliostat control.<br>Currently involved in the 100 MW Xinjiang Huadian Tianshan North Base tower CSP project.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Shandong Electric Power Construction No.3 Engineering Co., Ltd.<\/strong><br>Acquired eSolar technology from the U.S. and developed a fully localized tower CSP technology system.<br>Currently advancing the PowerChina Ruoqiang 100 MW tower CSP project.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hengji Nengmai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.<\/strong><br>Has developed full-process solar field integration capabilities and delivered the Three Gorges Guazhou 100 MW CSP + storage project.<br>Currently working on the Xinhua Bortala 100 MW CSP project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Parabolic Trough CSP Systems<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>China Shipbuilding New Energy Co., Ltd.<\/strong><br>Leveraging its high-end manufacturing background, it participates in CSP project EPC and development.<br>In the Urad Front Banner project, it acted as EPC contractor, while Longteng provided the solar field system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>China General Nuclear Power Group (CGN)<\/strong><br>Has developed large-aperture trough collector technology (8.6 m aperture).<br>This technology is applied in the CGN Wumatang 50 MW CSP project, featuring a solar field area of 242,000 m\u00b2 and 68 loops.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Northwest Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd. of China Power Engineering Consulting Group<\/strong><br>Also active in large-aperture trough collector integration.<br>Its proprietary 8.6 m aperture collector is used in the CEEC Dangxiong 100 MW CSP project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Conclusion<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Overall, the companies covered in this analysis represent the core solar field integration capabilities of China\u2019s CSP industry.
