SolaX Power launches in Romania the new generation of heat pumps offering up to 28% energy savings (P)

SolaX Power, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of renewable energy equipment, is introducing to the Romanian market its newest product, SolaX Thermal R290, a high-efficiency next-generation heat pump.

This solution complements the company’s established ecosystem of equipment already available locally—hybrid inverters, energy storage batteries, and EV chargers—providing complete and intelligent integration of all components needed for a sustainable home.

The product has been launched internationally and is now available for orders in Romania, with the company anticipating record sales driven by its outstanding energy performance and smart integration with SolaX photovoltaic systems.

Listed on the STAR Market of the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE: 688717), SolaX Power is one of the global leaders in renewable energy equipment, with a turnover of approximately €400 million and over 3,000 employees.

Present in Romania since 2022, the company has positioned the country as a regional hub coordinating operations across 12 Balkan states.

In 2024, SolaX Power Romania recorded a three-fold increase in sales across its key product lines—hybrid inverters and energy storage batteries.

For 2025, the company continues its strategy of expanding its portfolio with new products for both residential and commercial use, including the SolaX Thermal R290 heat pumps.

“One of the key strengths of this new generation is its native integration with SolaX inverters and batteries through the intelligent SolaXCloud platform, which enables real-time monitoring of energy flows, temperature, and operating status. The system provides full app-based control, allowing users to set temperatures, operating modes, and schedules, including special modes such as holiday, silent, and anti-freeze. Users can independently adjust the temperature for up to three heating zones, ensuring optimal comfort throughout the home, with precise and cost-efficient regulation enabled by the AI Intelligent Scheduling function, which optimizes energy consumption and economic benefits,” said Robert Kenderessy, Sales Area Manager Balkans Area, SolaX Power.

In Romania, SolaX Power operates with a dedicated team of nine specialists and a network of more than 200 certified installers, providing installation and maintenance services for all equipment.
